Our Journey: How Bonita Laser Started and Evolved

Our Humble Beginnings

Bonita Laser began as an empty shell, much like the blank frame we crafted into our beloved sign. Our journey started on November 3, 2018, in a small basement, represented by a simple, bare frame. With only six clients and a rented laser machine, we were determined to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Within a month, we realized the need for our own equipment, a resource that would allow us to shape our future on our terms.

Illuminating Our Vision

By 2019, we took a bold step and invested in our first laser machine, a critical move for our growing business. As we carefully crafted our services and started to gain recognition, we felt like we were beginning to install the lights in our vision. We were building the glow that would soon make Bonita Laser stand out.

Our initial setup in a commercial unit shows how we started shaping our vision, turning an empty space into a functional environment.

Overcoming Challenges

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close for six months, a challenging setback. But we used this time to rethink and prepare for a new chapter. Later that year, we moved to a commercial space, and although we had to pause operations again due to the pandemic, our dream continued to take shape. We were gradually transforming from a small, dimly lit room into a well-lit, welcoming space.

Our Final Setup

Today, Bonita Laser operates in a larger location with three treatment rooms and two state-of-the-art laser machines. This final setup is no longer just an empty room; it’s a fully equipped, serene space where our clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Our famous Bonita Laser sign, crafted entirely by hand, symbolizes our commitment, resilience, and the personal touch we bring to everything we do. It’s not just a decoration but a tribute to the dedication and hard work that went into building Bonita Laser from scratch.

Embracing Technology to Serve Better

In early 2020, inspired by the need to go paperless and improve efficiency, we built our proprietary, in-house CRM system as a key step toward a fully digital workflow. This custom-made system, exclusive to Bonita Laser, gives us full ownership and control over client management, enhancing the personalized experience we offer every client. It’s a feature we’re proud of and a testament to our commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.

Then, in late 2021, we developed our own Android app to make booking and appointment reminders even more convenient for our clients. This app was designed to streamline their experience, enabling easy scheduling and keeping them informed with timely reminders. Together, our CRM and app symbolize our dedication to modernization and our desire to make every interaction as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
