3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your local appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows may result in charges. The following scenarios are non-refundable:

  • Late arrival (more than 15 minutes past scheduled time)
  • Pre-treatment shaving fee if hair is not properly prepared
  • Services already rendered

4. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant health information, medications, and skin conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it may be unsafe. Please review our Aftercare Instructions for post-treatment guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. We do not offer refunds on services already rendered.

6. Results and Guarantees

Results may vary based on individual factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services.

7. Liability

Bonita Laser's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
